NJ Pension Benefits are ONLY available to KIPP Cooper Norcross Academy and TEAM Academy Charter School employees.
NJ school based employees (TEAM & KCNA) are required to participate in the NJ Pension System.

Teachers' Pension and Annuity Fund (TPAF) - all instructional certified employees

Public Employees' Retirement System (PERS) - all non-instructional, non-certified employees

The contribution is currently at 7.5% of salary
